Dr. Lanzini can be described as kind, thoughtful, and extraordinarily selfless when it comes to helping patients. Her staff are constantly impressed with her superpower ability to remember patients and their individual concerns after merely seeing them once. Dr. Lanzini’s long-term patients are accustomed to her treatments and can expect the highest quality of care, feeling confident their issues will always be heard and resolved to the best of her ability. Dr. Lanzini’s greatest mission is to do whatever it takes to ensure her patients are their most beautiful versions of themselves while prioritizing their dermal health along the way. Dr. Lanzini’s favourite place to be when she is not at work, is anywhere cozy where she can cuddle her 2 dogs and 2 cats.

“I love to dynamically solve my patient’s problems. I am an interventionist and it is important for me to have the highest level of accuracy during the diagnostic process. In my work, I try to collaborate with patients to devise treatment plans that will achieve perfection as it is defined by each individual patient. I take pride in my knowledge and detailed understanding of each procedure that my clinic offers, both medical and cosmetic, giving me the confidence to educate patients about services best suited for them. Belmar Dermatology and Cosmetics has vowed to only provide services and procedures that are medically and scientifically supported, that can safely produce real results. Integrity is the foundation of the work that we do, always prioritizing each patient’s goals, budget, lifestyle and safety. In order to maintain my level of work, I make time to always continue my own learning, and stay up to date on the latest dermatological advancements and cosmetic technology to ensure I am always providing my patients with the best treatments in the field.”

After obtaining a Masters Degree in Dermatology, Dr. Lanzini continued her education by completing her Ph.D. in the field, from Federal University of Parana, Brazil. She then applied her knowledge as an Associate Professor in the division of Dermatology at McMaster University in Hamilton, for many years. She now focuses on skin cancer, Dermatological surgery and cosmetic procedures and has created Belmar Dermatology and Cosmetics as a place to harness her passion for her specialties.

With a strong passion for helping others feel their happiest in their own skin, Ana uses her expertise to consult with patients and meet them where they are at. An exciting part of her job is uncovering all of the many ways that dermal health intersects with self-confidence, the construct of beauty and the drive towards living a healthy lifestyle. Ana is immersed in the Dermatology field now, but her initial passion in social work has propelled her into pursuing a career in helping patients achieve their goals. “If they walk out of our doors happy, then we’ve done our job”. When Ana is not at work, she is making art, or exploring the world.

As one of the founding members of Belmar Dermatology and Cosmetics, Mariana has been using her passion for skincare and health to help patients achieve their goals. “The most important part in a patient’s journey is making sure their goal becomes our goal”.

Outside of work, you can find Mariana dancing salsa or drying flowers.

Dr. Ramos has impressed many as she made her seamless transition from attending patients in Brazil to Canada. Her never-ending drive and dedication to the Dermatology field has fueled the development of her career. While continuing to refine her skills and expand her repertoire of knowledge, Dr. Ramos has made countless significant impacts on the lives of her patients. Being our injectables expert, Dr. Ramos helps patients look even more beautiful cosmetically, after treating their dermal health first. When Dr. Ramos is not working, you can find her at spin class or doing some form of exercise to keep her body and mind healthy.

“I see the beauty in every patient that comes through our doors. When patients come into our clinic looking for improvements to their dermal health or appearance, I commit to working with them until they are satisfied and happy. My approach to cosmetic interventions always revolves around enhancing the existing beauty, showing each patient their own potential and emphasizing their qualities, not changing them. I believe in empowering patients and setting them up for success by building their self-confidence, and doing my best to take care of dermal concerns that may be impacting their self love.”

Dr. Ramos completed Medical School in Brazil where she specialized in Dermatology, General Surgery, and Aesthetic Medicine. Her 7 years of experience in Aesthetic Medicine and 4 years of General Surgery have kept her expertise sharp and her love of helping patients feel beautiful, strong. Dr. Ramos brought her knowledge to Canada in the hopes of reaching a new demographic of patients and further broadening her specialties. Dr. Ramos also invested her time in incorporating Brazil’s renowned reputation for plastic and cosmetic surgery into her work in Canada, bringing to the table a unique combination of Brazilian-Canadian surgical interventions and procedures.
